Setting up a custom domain

Ticket Rewards allows you to use your own domain with your store instead of the one that we provide by default.

To use you own domain or subdomain as your store url instead of the default your-store.ticketrewards.com you must do the following:

• add an A Record pointing to 176.9.52.46 to your root domain or subdomain
• add your custom domain in the store settings page
• wait for a few hours
